Primarily used for overhead service applications such as street lighting, outer door lighting , and temporary service for construction. To be used at voltages of 600 V phase to phase or less and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 75ºC for Polyethylene insulated conductors or 90ºC for cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated conductors .

The concentric cable is used as electric service entrance from the power distribution network until the meter panel (especially where it is required to prevent black losses or electric power robbery), and as feeder cable from the meters panel until the panel or general distribution panel, just as it is specified in the National Electrical Code. This type of conductor can be used in dry and wet places, directly buried or outdoors; its maximum temperature of operation is 70C(PVC or PE Insulation)
ACSR Conductor is mainly used as bare overhead transmission cable and as primary and secondary distribution cable. These conductors are formed by several wires of aluminum and galvanized steel, stranded in concentric layers.
